To replace the micro filter in this kitchenaid dishwasher, open the dishwasher door and remove the lower dishrack.

Now rotate the old micro filter counter-clockwise then lift up to remove.

To install the new micro filter, align it in the sump and rotate clockwise to lock it into place.

Replace the lower dishrack and the dishwasher should be ready for use.
