To replace the bail arm spring on your snowblower, lift the clutch cable sleeve and unhook the cable adjuster from the spring.

If still intact, you can now detach the old spring and slide off the sleeve.
3
Install the new bail arm spring by first sliding on the sleeve.
4
Hook the long end of the spring onto the bail arm.
5
Attach the clutch cable adjuster to the short end, and your snowblower should be ready for use.
